NGP prides ourselves on privacy & our customer’s privacy. We DO NOT sell, share, exchange or profit from any information that has been entrusted to us. Our mailing lists, email lists & shipping information remain in our keeping & will not be used for profit. We will occassionally send out information to our customers that have chosen to entrust us with their private mailing or email addresses. We do not SPAM our customers. We do not do random telemarketing. You will not receive anything that you have not requested; i.e. mailers, postcards, printed material that contains anything that could be viewed as pornographic, samples, etc.

Sales and Shipping
We only sell and ship with in the United States of America. We are working to be able to ship outside of the US.

Products
All products are sold as Adult Novelty only & we make no claims as to the effectiveness of any or these products. Any Adult Novelty is "Use at your own Risk". We are NOT a manufacturer, only a retailer. Any product problems, please contact the manufacturer. We are only stating our opinions & therefore can not make any assumptions as to how our customers will use our products.  Almost all "novelties" have some type of warranty.  Please check your packaging for that information.

Returns
Due to health regulations, we do not accept returns of any type. All novelties leave our warehouse "tested" to ensure that they are in proper working order. You must contact the manufacturer listed on the product packaging should an issue arise that you feel needs further resolution. Many manufacturers will replace any broken or defective product.  Lingerie has a size chart & is ordered in the size that you specify. We do not offer refunds for anything that has been shipped already. Should something ordered become unavailable we will notify you & send something comparable or issue a "store credit". Since products ordered at a party are used to determine a hostess' "gift certificate", we can not cancel orders once they have been placed.  That order counts toward her "free merchandise" & it would be considered fraud to place an order, knowing full well that you have no intention of paying for it.  Thank you for your understanding & your business.
